Building scalable platform products behind real-world systems.

Senior Product Manager with experience building products across both user-facing experiences and the systems that support them.

I started in production support and grew into owning product strategy, roadmap, and delivery across complex, high-scale environments. That background shaped how I approach product work. I stay close to how things actually function in real-world conditions, work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams, and focus on solving problems at the root instead of reacting to symptoms.

I've led initiatives that required coordinating across multiple teams, balancing technical constraints with business goals, and delivering systems that remain reliable as they scale. I'm most effective in environments where the problems are complex, the direction isn't fully defined, and the work requires bringing structure, clarity, and alignment across teams.

About Me

Skills

Most recently I was a Senior Product Manager at Anywhere Real Estate, where I owned roadmap, delivery, and platform strategy for an enterprise API ecosystem supporting five national real estate brands and 20M+ daily API requests.

I led an engineering team with two tech leads across ETL and API development, and regularly coordinated larger cross-functional initiatives across teams I didn't formally manage. The work sat at the intersection of platform reliability, vendor systems, data pipelines, stakeholder governance, and product delivery.

I started my career in production support long before I owned a roadmap. That experience shaped how I approach product management. I learned how APIs fail in production, how bad data moves through systems, and what engineering teams actually deal with when priorities, timelines, and technical constraints collide.

That background keeps my product work grounded. I focus on understanding the real problem first, aligning teams around clear outcomes, and building systems that continue to hold up as they scale.

Every action starts with the question: what is the problem we are trying to solve?

AI In My Workflow

Using AI to move faster on real work.

AI improves throughput and operational efficiency while context and judgement are still human responsibilities.

Since mid-2025 I've been using GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude as regular parts of my workflow. Copilot for reviewing API mock changes in our QA environment before production approval. ChatGPT and Claude for analyzing large data sets, drafting PRDs, and handling the writing that used to eat hours: emails, documentation, stakeholder summaries.

Because I work in production systems, I don't treat AI output as final. I treat it as a fast first draft that I validate against real system context. Speed plus accuracy. That's what I'm always after.

🧠
Data Analysis
Analyzing large data sets that would take hours in a spreadsheet, finished in minutes with the right prompt and context.
📝
Documentation & PRDs
Drafting product requirements, stakeholder summaries, and technical documentation significantly faster.
⚙️
Code Review Support
Using GitHub Copilot to review API mock changes in QA before approving for production.
🔧
Workflow Automation
Automating repetitive operational tasks: reporting, formatting, and process documentation.

  • Owned product strategy, roadmap, and annual budget for the enterprise API platform supporting Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Sotheby's International Realty, ERA, and Better Homes & Gardens
  • Served as the governance layer across five competing brand stakeholders: documented all API change requests, required cross-brand approval before implementation, and enforced platform rules that prevented any single brand from breaking shared behavior
  • Led the engineering team with two dedicated tech leads running ETL pipeline and API development sub-teams at sub-100ms P95 latency. Maintained N+4 to N+10 planning horizon with no missed deadlines
  • Directed complete migration off all legacy data providers in a live environment with zero downtime. Launched September 15, 2025, a full quarter ahead of the December 31 deadline
  • Audited all vendor relationships across the org, eliminated redundant contracts, and negotiated consolidation to a single provider delivering $1.3M in savings over three years
  • Implemented Datadog observability across API endpoints; integrated GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude into product workflows starting mid-2025 for dataset analysis, PRD drafting, and QA validation

Brought in as the founding PM for a real estate data platform in preview state. Pitched and set the launch date, locked MVP scope, shipped on plan, and was promoted to Senior PM within six months.

To promotion
  • Inherited a 250+ item backlog with no defined scope or launch plan. Eliminated wasted work, locked MVP requirements, pitched and set the launch date, and moved the rest to post-MVP
  • Shipped the MVP on plan. Resolved 35+ systemic issues discovered in code and data during the launch window without delaying the release
  • Built intake, triage, and prioritization frameworks that reduced open backlog from 250+ items to under 40 within six months
  • Owned enterprise API suite covering autocomplete, filter-based search, places, addresses, listings, agents, and companies across consumer platforms
  • Promoted to Senior PM within six months based on launch execution

Average resolution time
  • Owned product logic for listing search: defined the fields shown on listings and the rules governing results across list view, map view, pins, and thumbnail cards for listings, agents, and companies
  • Reduced daily ticket volume from 90 to 30 by identifying and eliminating recurring platform defects at the root cause, not through triage
  • Reduced average resolution time from five days to one day
  • Built the complete support process from scratch, including resolution paths, discovery steps, and documentation for all known data issue types

Outside the Roadmap

What drives me beyond the work.

🧭

Root Cause Thinking

I focus on understanding the real cause of system issues rather than just the symptoms. The most useful question is always the same: what problem are we actually trying to solve?

🎛️

Music Production

Sound engineering and production. Building something layered and coherent from nothing. A different kind of systems thinking where constraints become the creative fuel.

🎮

Game Systems Design

MMO and ARPG mechanics: class systems, scaling models, progression loops. I'm drawn to how individual components create emergent behavior at scale. Sounds a lot like platform architecture.

Get In Touch

Let's connect.

If you're building products and looking for someone who understands both the technical side of systems and the human side of how teams ship them, I'd be happy to talk.

I'm open to product management roles where I can work with smart teams, contribute to a clear vision, and help turn ideas into reliable products.
