Senior Product Manager with experience building products across both user-facing experiences and the systems that support them.
I started in production support and grew into owning product strategy, roadmap, and delivery across complex, high-scale environments. That background shaped how I approach product work. I stay close to how things actually function in real-world conditions, work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams, and focus on solving problems at the root instead of reacting to symptoms.
I've led initiatives that required coordinating across multiple teams, balancing technical constraints with business goals, and delivering systems that remain reliable as they scale. I'm most effective in environments where the problems are complex, the direction isn't fully defined, and the work requires bringing structure, clarity, and alignment across teams.
Most recently I was a Senior Product Manager at Anywhere Real Estate, where I owned roadmap, delivery, and platform strategy for an enterprise API ecosystem supporting five national real estate brands and 20M+ daily API requests.
I led an engineering team with two tech leads across ETL and API development, and regularly coordinated larger cross-functional initiatives across teams I didn't formally manage. The work sat at the intersection of platform reliability, vendor systems, data pipelines, stakeholder governance, and product delivery.
I started my career in production support long before I owned a roadmap. That experience shaped how I approach product management. I learned how APIs fail in production, how bad data moves through systems, and what engineering teams actually deal with when priorities, timelines, and technical constraints collide.
That background keeps my product work grounded. I focus on understanding the real problem first, aligning teams around clear outcomes, and building systems that continue to hold up as they scale.
AI improves throughput and operational efficiency while context and judgement are still human responsibilities.
Since mid-2025 I've been using GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude as regular parts of my workflow. Copilot for reviewing API mock changes in our QA environment before production approval. ChatGPT and Claude for analyzing large data sets, drafting PRDs, and handling the writing that used to eat hours: emails, documentation, stakeholder summaries.
Because I work in production systems, I don't treat AI output as final. I treat it as a fast first draft that I validate against real system context. Speed plus accuracy. That's what I'm always after.

Owned product strategy, roadmap, and budget for the enterprise API platform powering five national real estate brands. Served as the governance layer across five competing brand stakeholders and led one engineering team with two dedicated tech leads.
Brought in as the founding PM for a real estate data platform in preview state. Pitched and set the launch date, locked MVP scope, shipped on plan, and was promoted to Senior PM within six months.
Led the technical support team responsible for diagnosing production issues across APIs, databases, and web platforms. Also owned the search logic and listing display for agent-facing applications.

I focus on understanding the real cause of system issues rather than just the symptoms. The most useful question is always the same: what problem are we actually trying to solve?
Sound engineering and production. Building something layered and coherent from nothing. A different kind of systems thinking where constraints become the creative fuel.
MMO and ARPG mechanics: class systems, scaling models, progression loops. I'm drawn to how individual components create emergent behavior at scale. Sounds a lot like platform architecture.
If you're building products and looking for someone who understands both the technical side of systems and the human side of how teams ship them, I'd be happy to talk.
I'm open to product management roles where I can work with smart teams, contribute to a clear vision, and help turn ideas into reliable products.
